Sathorn, one of the busiest streets in Central Bangkok, however it is quite surprising to find Sensi, an Italian fine dining restaurant, tucks in a quiet neighbourhood away from the congested streets of Bangkok.

Charlotte Buzzanca, founder of Sensi said that the name of the restaurant is from the 5 senses that she would like all diners to experience at this place.
Maurizio, the general manager added that the five senses are smell, from the open kitchen; touch, from the comfortable leather seating; see, the elegant décor and beautiful artwork; hear, from the gentle music and the sounds of the food being prepared; and, the last one, of course, the taste.
This place is renovated from a local Thai house, so it gives a cozy and home-like feeling. This is a perfect setting for either a romantic dinner for two or a lively evening with friends.
The Chef’s Table (8-10 seats), situated in front of the kitchen, is the ideal setting to see the chefs at work, and is a great place to host a private party in a special night.
What I like about this place is that it is foreigner friendly as all the staffs can speak English.
These cold cuts are so tasty. It goes best with the homemade bread they offered as a complementary.
Sensi’s menu concept uses both traditional and modern approaches. The restaurant creates a culinary experience that can be classic and also innovative.
I love the sauce and the cheese on these rings.
Only the best ingredients are being used here at Sensi. Charlotte said that she imported the ingredients from around the world such as the wild catch turbots are from the north of France, fresh seabass from It
alian seas, beef from Argentina and pasta from the south of Italy.
This Panna Cotta actually melts in your mouth. No need of chewing. The sweetness of the creme goes best with these ripe fruit and mint leaf.
‘Three way mango’, Sensi’s secret pre-dessert menu only served upon request.
This mango cup is something I never experience anywhere else. It is superb. The food is freshly cooked every day and everything is homemade. As the main chef has said “the secret of Italian cuisine relies on freshness and passion, and that is the mantra here at Sensi.”
