A luxurious French-Dutch restaurant, which foods are cooked by the renowned Dutch Chef, Henk Savelberg, who has the distinction of being awarded a Michelin star in four different restaurants, which he owned, across the Netherlands. He is now here in BKK! and has started his first restaurant outside his home country.

Henk owned 4 restaurants in the Netherland, and all of them were awarded a Michelin star. As he gathered enough experience and was ready for the new challenge of his life, he decided to sell his restaurants and moved to a new place, which happened to be Thailand.


He said he is in love Thai people, and that was one of many reasons why he chose to be here.

Christian, a great story teller who would amuse us for hours, happens to be the general manager of the Savelburg.


He is genuinely infatuated with his work. Always more than happy to service every single person that walks into the restaurant.
